I would come to school with stripes of green and blue, all over yellow, what we now call vivids, braids, purple, blonde. My dad’s friend was a stylist at Sally Hershberger at John Frieda’s and he would come over for dinner every Monday. We called it Teddy night. He saw talent in me and suggested I do hair since I also love anything creative. It’s now I been 22 years licensed and practicing. I’ve had Neighborhood for 12.5 years. Wow.
